Road Work Update:

Sealcoat (Oil and Chip)

This work is scheduled to be completed during the week of August 9th - 13th, 2010.  The attached street list is in alphabetical order, not in order of work to be completed. Please remove vehicles from the street the week of August 9th - 13th, 2010 between the hours of 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., if your vehicle is in the way it must be moved immediately. We will be conducting street sweeping operations the week prior to and the week immediately following the Sealcoat application, we ask that you do not park on the street during those weeks between the hours of 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please inform family, friends and delivery people not to park on the streets during this time period. Please do not blow grass and / or place debris onto the roadway, prior to, during or after the sealcoat application.

Please note:  blowing of grass onto the roadway is not permitted at any time.

• SEWER SERVICE

  On-lot septic tanks provide the means of sewage disposal in Upper Milford Township. A septic system checklist is available here.  Lehigh County Authority provides public sewer services in the areas adjacent to the Borough of Emmaus Municipal Boundary and the Route 29 corridor to Buckeye Road.

  • The Borough of Emmaus Public Water System provides waters service to the residents of Upper Milford Township that live adjacent to the Borough.  The Lehigh County Authority now manages this system for the residents of Upper Milford Township.
