Act 3 of 2008, as signed by Gov. Edward G. Rendell on February 14, 2008, effective date January 1, 2009.

   

Citizen's Guide

The Mission of the Office of Open Records is to enforce the state's Right-to-Know Law and to serve as a resource for citizen's, public officials and members of the media in obtaining public records of their government.  As part of that mission, the Office of Open Records has established a short "Citizen's Guide" that will provide a basic overview of the Right-to-Know Law.

   
UMT Resolution

Upper Milford Township's Resolution No. 2008-025 which recognizes the importance of public records...and that the public has the right to access and procure copies of public records, with certain exceptions.

Upper Milford

Yard Waste Facility Site

 

The Yard waste drop off site returns to normal hours of operation beginning Monday,

         January 9, 2012.         

 

Hours of operation:

 

Wednesdays:

12:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M., but no later than one 1/2

hour past dusk.

Saturdays:

12:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.

 

Closed Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, & Holidays.

 

Branches and other accepted yard waste materials can be taken to the Township yard-waste drop-off site located behind  the Municipal Garage off of Church View Road

 

THE OFFICIAL YARD WASTE SITE  IS LOCATED BEHIND THE MUNICIPAL GARAGE. 

 

This is strictly for UMT resident use only; no commercial at all.

 

There is mulch available for residents to be loaded onto their vehicles with the backhoe. This service used to be free, this year we are beginning to charge and the fee is $5 per scoop.

MOVING

If you are moving CLICK HERE, it is required by Ordinance No. 18A that all people moving in, out or within the Township to complete a moving permit.  This is a no fee moving permit. This can be mailed to the Township or e-mailed to info@uppermilford.net

It is a requirement that any landlord that has a tenant complete a landlord tenant registration. Click Here, it is no fee. E-mail it to info@uppermilford.net
