Board of Supervisors

The Upper Milford Township Board of Supervisors serves as the Township's primary governing body, responsible for setting policy, managing finances, and overseeing the delivery of public services for the community. As a Second Class Township in Pennsylvania, the Board functions as both the legislative and executive authority, ensuring that Township operations are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the needs of residents.

The Supervisors adopt ordinances, approve the annual budget, guide long‑term planning, and make decisions on land use, development, and infrastructure. They also appoint members to Township boards and commissions, coordinate with regional partners, and represent Upper Milford Township in intergovernmental matters.

The Board meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. All meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend, participate, and stay informed about Township business.
