Upper Milford Township Permits

NOTICE:  The permit forms have changed and they now require a fee to be paid at the time of submitting a permit application. The fee paid will be deducted from the total application cost.

Part of living in a zoned community is the fact that zoning and building permits must be completed.  Whenever you need a permit or question its necessity you should contact the Zoning Officer, Alan Brokate, at 610.966.3223 to verify this information.

Processing Time:

A completed permit application and all necessary paperwork shall accompany the permit submittal.  All residential applications will be approved or disapproved within 15 business days.  Once all other required permits/approvals, where applicable, have been obtained, permits can be issued.

Cost:

The Zoning Officer calculates the fee for your permit at the time of review. Once a permit has been approved the office staff will call you to notify you of the approval and the cost. Permit fees are paid upon permit pickup. The Township accepts cash and / or check; we do not accept credit cards.
