Tax Collector Collects Real Estate Taxes Only – EIT is collected through Berkheimer

Real Estate Tax payments are being accepted as per office hours below.  Please do not enter the office building if you are feeling ill.  The drop box is still located outside and checked frequently for those who want to drop off their payments without coming into the building.

You may mail Real Estate Tax Payments to PO Box 265 Old Zionsville PA 18068 or drop them off in the White Metal Drop Box outside the Township Office (In the Flower bed near the Historical Marker Sign marked “Drop Box”).  If you include your email address, your stamped tax receipt can be emailed to you.  Otherwise include a self-addressed stamped envelope and your  receipt will be mailed back to you.  For ease of communication please email questions to taxinfo@uppermilford.net or call 610-928-1030.

IF you are a bank, mortgage holder, or closing company, and are requesting tax information, Real Estate Tax Certificates are $30.00, payable to “Deborah Schevets”.  Please e-mail your certification request along with a copy of your check.  Duplicate bill fees are $5.00 payable to “Deborah Schevets”.

Township Real Estate Tax bills always mailed out April 1st.
