Upper Milford Township does permit specific forms of solicitation (reference ORDINANCE 32).

The Township issues a Solicitation License, which the approved individual must carry with them at all times while soliciting (click to view sample Solicitation License).

Soliciting individual(s) MUST show proof of their license upon your request. If the individual does not have an approved Solicitation License to show upon your request, contact the Police immediately.

Solicitation Licenses expire 30 days after date of issuance.

Time and days proposed  for soliciting varies due to the specific request of the individual applying. Approval of the proposed hours and days is at the discretion of the Township Code Enforcement Officer.
